Kinder- und Familienzentrum Bühl

Die Bezahlung der Teilnehmerbeiträge erfolgt an gesonderten Terminen, welche die Eltern am Tag der Anmeldung mitgeteilt bekommen. An diesem Tag muss auch der Anmeldeabschnitt ausgefüllt abgegeben werden. Erst danach ist der Teilnahmeplatz gesichert!

Am ersten Angebotstag müssen die Kinder eine ausgefüllte und unterzeichnete Gesundheitsbestätigung mitbringen. Sollte diese nicht vorliegen, können die Kinder leider nicht an dem Angebot teilnehmen!

In diesem Jahr ist es uns leider nicht möglich eine Frühbetreuung für die Projektkinder anzubieten!

PROGRAMMÄNDERUNGEN & ABSAGEN sind leider Coronabedingt nicht auszuschließen. Die Teilnehmer werden gegebenenfalls informiert.

Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation können wir den Kindern keine Getränke zur Verfügung stellen. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Ihr Kind am Projekttag ein Getränk und ggf. ein Vesper bei sich hat. In diesem Jahr ist es uns leider nicht möglich ein Mittagessen für die Projektkinder anzubieten!

Die Anmeldung zu den Ferienangeboten ist am Donnerstag, 09. Juli & Freitag 10. Juli jeweils von 9.00 Uhr bis 13.00 Uhr ausschließlich telefonisch möglich. Eine persönliche Anmeldung oder online ist derzeit leider nicht möglich. Bei Ihrer Anmeldung können Sie maximal noch eine weitere Familie mit anmelden! Ab Montag, den 13. Juli kann die Anmeldung immer vormittags von 9.00 bis 12.00 Uhr telefonisch erfolgen.
